Problem:
Originally ITS was contracted to provide complete A/V and Lighting support for the event. On the day of the event the poster which listed all of the sponsors did not show up. The corrdinator committy asked the ITS team for a solution...

Solution:
By the time ITS was informed of the problem it was only 1 hour to doors. In that hour a presentation was made which show cased the sponsors. In the end the presentation worked out much better than the sign would have.
